Image Quality problems....on a sign? Yep! When the sign is this big, and draws this much power (800 KW, easily!) power problems can cause image quality problems. Specifically, high impedance and non-linear currents were distorting the voltage waveform. Of more interest - how we got into the sign (cherry picker) - except that the cherry picker didn't quite reach the bottom of the sign.

My first comment when I arrived on site: "So...there's an elevator inside one of those columns, right?"
